Optimism about U.S. recovery drives oil to 4-week high
Rapidly falling U.S. oil reserves and positive economic data pushed the price of oil up for the fourth day in a row, reaching a four-week high Monday. Traders were keeping an eye on severe winter weather hitting the northeastern U.S., which is a big consumer of home-heating oil. Reuters
